The Heart of [PRITI’S BAKERY]
our story begins with SANTHINI THIYAGARAJAN a passionate baker & home Tutor who found joy in the simple act of transforming everyday ingredients into moments of pure delight & satisfying taste buds of the family members . I presumed Home Tutor as a profession for more than 3Years.I also took baking as a part time inspired by my daughter expectation of the food taste & trying to make new dish lead me to become a Home baker . At very first instances due to no knowledge in baking field , I baked my first cake with the help of youtube videos & other social media content creators . After various attempts I got a perfect sponge but cream preparation was not perfect at that instance & had a lot of failures to make it a perfect stiff peaked cream for the cake .
To enhance my baking skills , One fine day, I saw an online Baking class conducted by a Baking Academy which had good reviews. I decided to join the class and learn how to bake Brownies, Cupcake and Bread Recipes & other baking products . After completing the course. Next day, I baked Brownie and offered to my daughter and students who come for tution after eating the fudge Brownie feedback was received & everyone loved it .
After this great experience , I have started to learn different varieties of cake using different variants of creams with different flavors and futuristic focuss of learning millet based baking. Which made me to realise that Baking is not only my passion its my stress buster too which ensures me to persue it whenever I get an opportunity or occasion too . I have 5 Years old daughter who loves when I bake & am able to satisfy her taste because its 100% healthier .
Now I have stepped into considering baking as a business to be financial better & also provide people with healthier food products . Mostly our products would focus to provide healthier version of baking with a touch of home taste.
